1. You can access Memorial’s ePortfolio tool by following this link: https://eportfolio.mun.ca/. There is also a direct link to the ePortfolio tool in the navbar of the Brightspace home page (not a course navbar).
The ePortfolio will open in a new window.
- On the ePortfolio page, click ‘Login’. If you are prompted to log in to the MUN service, enter your MUN credentials and click ‘Log in’.
3. After logging in, you will land on one of two pages:
If you have not used the ePortfolio tool before, you will land on the ‘Profile’ page of an empty, unpublished ePortfolio site. You can personalize your profile, or you can leave the default settings in place and continue.
If you have used the ePortfolio tool before, you will land on the ‘Dashboard’ page for Memorial’s ePortfolio site. This is a general dashboard and is not the same as the dashboard for your ePortfolio site (see the next step).
4. To access the dashboard for your personal ePortfolio site, go to the top left corner of the page and hover over ‘My Sites’. From the menu that opens, select ‘Your-Name ePortfolio’ and then ‘Dashboard’.
You are now in the dashboard for your ePortfolio site. This is the dashboard you will be using to complete the steps in the remainder of this guide.
