Usability Testing – Work Diaries Spring 2017 W6

This week’s diary is practical: we’re asking for your help to test some software that CITL is looking at offering to students.

Grammarly is a writing software that offers proofreading support and plagiarism detection. It’s available as a web-based program, as well as a Word, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox add-on. To set up your free account:

  1. Go to grammarly.com/edu/signup
  2. Provide your name and @mun.ca email, and create a password
  3. Check your inbox for the email and click on the activation link.

Give the program a try with a document of your own, and complete this usability survey. Honest opinions, please; there are no right or wrong answers, and we are looking for genuine feedback. I’ll be compiling your comments into a report for CITL (your comments will be anonymous). On their behalf: thanks!

Please comment below once you’ve completed the form. The deadline for points is Tuesday, June 27, at 10:30AM.

Done.
