This semester I put more effort into my position as a Makerspace Outreach Coordinator than the other positions. I focused on making sure that the workshops I conducted do not look like they are being held for the first time in the Makerspace. I put effort towards ironing out any inconsistencies or issues with any hardware/software that was to be used in the workshops, regardless of whether there were signups or not. I also stayed back beyond my scheduled shifts from time to time to finish the project or workshop I was currently involved in. This is also true for shifts outside the Makerspace, specifically in the DMC. I tried to make sure that I resolve any client issues that I was assisting with, before leaving, even if it takes extra time.
