My expectation for my supervisors is that they would be easy to communicate with, treat everyone with respect and to maintain a positive and calm environment for the coworkers and staff (Technically this goes for all) 
. I have seen all of these expectations being met during my time at the commons. The positive environment makes a great difference for me, and also the training sessions and such events bring the staff closer and act as team building tasks.
