I helped a client with her chemistry assignment. Pearson has many different methods which first years usually don’t know about. The main thing was she couldn’t open the assignment link, even though she followed each step of the website. While doing rounds she asked me help on how to open the website. Later she came to the desk frustrated and turns out she was doing the right thing apart from allowing the popups to open. As Pearson Mastering chemistry or physics have popups which are blocked. Once she allowed the popup, it was easy for her to access it. Usually the solution lies in small things we usually forget about.
