Using a mind mapping software of your choice, create a thought web illustrating the responsibilities of ITS, CITL, CS, and the library, and what issues you would escalate to each department. Note which mapping program you used, and if you would use it again in future or recommend it to a client.

I used Mind Meister, it is a easy to use, I would recommend this to a client, and wouldn’t mind using it again. It had a tutorial in the beginning to show what everything did, but it was self explanatory.
