If we could improve on one thing here at The Commons, or if we could add one service, what would it be and why? This could be from a client or an employee standpoint. Be honest and specific.
A client had asked if we could get binding services at the commons. This could be a way to add one service.

There is a service we can improve on is the DMC being open on the weekends, or at least a few hours on Saturday. As sometimes students come to ask for color printing and we have to tell them to go somewhere else.
Maybe if we only keep color printing services open this could help those busy students who can’t come on weekdays.(We have increased the DMC timings in fall and winter, so this might not be needed.)
